Your privacy is important. Information shared during counseling sessions is confidential and protected by state and federal law, except in situations where disclosure is required or permitted by law. Examples may include:

Electronic communications, including email and text messaging, may not be completely secure. Please avoid sending sensitive clinical information through unsecured electronic communications.

Emergency Notice

Counselor Joe / Joseph Hayes Counseling is not a crisis service.

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, have thoughts of harming yourself or others, or require immediate assistance, call 911, go to the nearest emergency room, or contact:
