VA Community Care Counseling ServicesJoseph Hayes Counseling accepts VA Community Care referrals and works collaboratively with the Department of Veterans Affairs to provide outpatient mental health services in accordance with VA standards of care. Services are provided in-person in Mount Pleasant, Texas, and via telehealth for eligible Texas residents.
